About Door Frame Profiles
Aluminum alloy is the most widely used door frame profile on the market. It is recommended to select silicon magnesium aluminum alloy profile.
Compared with ordinary aluminum alloy, it has higher hardness, stronger toughness, excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, and can easily withstand severe weather such as strong storms and rains. There is no need to worry about the deformation and displacement of doors and windows, causing potential safety hazards.
Also note:
● Do not use doors and windows made of low-quality recycled aluminum. The material and performance have been greatly discounted, which is likely to lead to potential safety hazards;
● If the glass is relatively thick, try to select good door and window profiles to ensure household safety;
About Glass
It is suggested to select hollow tempered glass, which can not only achieve the effect of sound insulation and heat insulation, but also ensure good safety performance.
You can also choose the glass configuration according to your own actual situation. For example, if there is a lot of ambient noise, you can choose the hollow laminated glass, which has a better sound insulation effect.
About pulleys
Common pulley materials on the market are: plastic pulley, metal pulley, glass fiber pulley.
Plastic pulley: uneven quality, relatively short service life and low durability.
Metal pulley: both hardness and strength are good, but it is easy to generate noise when contacting with the track, and it is also easy to wear the track after using it for a long time.
Fiberglass pulley: It contains roller bearing, which is durable and wear-resistant, and is more smooth for daily pushing and pulling.
